“Çok yeni bir otel, dolayısıyla da henüz oturmamış kısımlar mevcut. Özellikle odanın ısıtması bulunmuyor, otel de aynı... Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük. Bunun dışında lokasyon iyi. Restoran gayet güzel ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Spa henüz açılmamıştı, sauna ve buhar odası aşırı küçük ve dolap bulunmuyor. Yanınızda değerli bir eşya...

“I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. ”

“We had a very nice stay. The room was brand new and very comfortable. The bed and linens are first rate. We had a lovely balcony with a direct view of the pyramids. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious and served on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please. Someone is on site at all times. This is a very small property- 4 rooms on one floor recently converted from an apartment. There is no common area or lobby and the street entrance is dim and the elevator small...

“I enjoyed my stay at Mazaya. The location of the hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphinx and the pyramids. It has a few places to eat at if you choose to not order directly from the hotel. The room and hotel were always clean, and each day they provided fresh towels and water. The staff was always friendly and courteous, assisting me with any questions I had. As a last minute booking, they were able to help me find things to do with a ride and a tour guide. ”

“ya habiamos estado en otros hoteles gran turismo en el Cairo y necesitabamos una noche cerca del aeropuerto, lamento mucho no haber podido disfrutar mas este hotel, fue una suite hermosa, mas de lo que yo,pense que tendria, con sala, vista a la ciudad, pertenece aun gran complejo de hoteles alrededor, pedimos servicio al cuarto y ya era mas de medianoche y el servicio fue magnifico, tiene free wifi y con señal fuerte, las atenciones de todo el staf, me encantaron”
