“To say that our stay here was excellent is truly an understatement. Crete was more than I could have ever dreamed of, and this hotel played a huge part in that. The drive to the hotel is definitely not the easiest drive, but it is so worth it (very windy road up and down the mountain, it is all paved and there are guardrails but very little light at night). Being in the mountains and away from the city was so quiet and relaxing and the town in the area felt so authentic and non-touristy, it was...

“No tuvimos más remedio que reservar este hotel porque hotels.com nunca nos informó que Mesogios estaba cerrado, no nos ofrecieron una solución, ni tampoco el hotel Mesogios. Este hotel tiene un poco de olor fuerte porque está al lado de una cloaca que sale al mar, y no es del todo "on the beach" como está publicitado por hotels.com, pero la gente es muy amable, el servicio bueno, y las instalaciones están bien. Tuvimos en términos generales una estadía correcta en este otro hotel. ”

“Estuve en el mes de octubre y mi estancia fue muy agradable y tranquila. Supongo que también se debe a la época del año. Soy empresaria en el gremio de hostelería y puedo asegurar que el trato por parte del personal fue muy correcto...todo y que viajaba sola y no es que lleve muy bien el inglés ellos hacían todo lo posible por entenderme y ver mis necesidades. Al igual que la propietaria que tuve el placer de conocer porque ella trabaja como otra persona más fue muy amable en todo momento....

“The Monastery Estate is a beautifully restored family house in the tiny village of Moni, not far from Sougia and the sea. It's an incredibly peaceful, intimate place with comfortable, quirky, stylish rooms and large patios. The view over to the White Mountains is breathtaking and there is great hiking nearby. We were extremely well looked after by Katerina and Marianne - nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful with local suggestions. Highly recommended! ”
