"Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas."

Primero me dieron vasos de plástico suaves en la alberca (contaminan) luego hicieron lo correcto vasos de plástico duros, al final cambiaron por vasos de vidrio en alberca,son peligrosos, y más con niños. 3. Los camareros de la alberca siendo las 5pm están más preocupados por cortar el servicio que por dar continuidad al servicio."
