“La verdad es que poco hay que decirlo, todo muy correcto y acorde con lo que reservamos. Lo único, es que Expedia pone en la descripción que la casa es entera para ti cuando es compartida con más huéspedes. Que para mi no ha sido un problema, pero puede generar equivocación por parte de otros huéspedes. El propietario nos ha comentado que eso era cosa de Expedia, que ya lo habían intentado corregir, pero seguia la publicación errónea. Por lo demás, satisfactoria estancia.”

One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the basement/garden level and has some sewage-like odor, so sleeping in that space did not work out for us. Lo mejor, la amplia zona de piscina muy bien surtida de hamacas en buen estado, barbacoa que funciona correctamente y mesa para que 10 personas puedan comer con comodidad. Como complemento la cocina que se ha habilitado en la planta baja con salida directa a la piscina y con zona de juegos (pin pon y futbolín). “We loved staying at Rui's place. We were able to walk downtown every day and enjoy the hustle and bustle but then return to the apartment located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Being just a few minutes walk from a good sized grocery store was an extra bonus. Thanks for everything Rui!”

“Wir waren 5 Arbeitskollegen und Freunde. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und auch bei heißen Temperaturen kühl. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt allerdings einige Sachen die erneuert werden könnten. Eine Türklinke ist locker und fällt runter wenn man die Tür schließen möchte und eine Handtuch Halterung im Bad ist ebenfalls locker. Im kleinen Badezimmer war es auch sehr schwer zu duschen da sonst das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Trotz dessen, würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation...

“La estancia fue muy mala. Lo anuncian como una bodega pero no se ve ninguna actividad salvo unos viñedos. Pero lo peor fue el frío que pasamos. Entramos a las seis de la tarde, la casa estaba muy fría y salimos a cenar dejando la calefacción encendida, cuando regresamos la casa seguía igual de fria, la calefacción no tiene potencia para calentar eses espacio. El baño no tiene calefacción. Recurrimos a dejar abierta ducha con agua caliente mientras duró y el secador encendido. ”
