"This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped means. There were no bars in the handicapped bathrooms and stairs everywhere making it extremely painful for me to get to anywhere for anything. But…it was worth it. I’d still go again. "

"The hotel has been renovated! It feels clean and fresh. The beach area has a good size to enjoy the ocean. The staff are phenomenal, they are all nice and helpful. The Riu Parties are wild, fun for young generations. The entertainment is fantastic. There is always something to do. This is my third time staying in Riu Caribe I would come back again and again. "
