"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We reserved a roulette room in La Perla and were given a free upgrade to a lagoon view junior suite in the reserve, along with a thoughtful anniversary display. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have never seen such happy workers! The resort was lovely and very clean, except for the beach which was full of piles of seaweed. However, this is a common problem with Cancun and we did go somewhat during seaweed...

Although it is a slighly older property, it is exceptionally clean, with well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. The service provided at all eating locations and bars, was top notch and provided with a smile. Much appreciation to our butler "Juan" who handled all of our reservations and special requests allowing us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Shout out to "Jesus" who kept our glasses and bellies full while we lounged on the beach enjoying the view. We will definitely be returning in the near future!"
