“We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!”

“This Vegas getaway home is beautiful and in perfect location, close to the strip and the airport. My family and I came out here for EDC weekend so we didn’t really have enough time to enjoy the bbq grill and the pool area. Mike, the property manager was attentive and very nice to approve some of our last minute request. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay here and we hope to come back! Thanks Mike”

“The property was clean and nicely decorated. This neighborhood is extremely quiet even though the neighbors are very close in proximity. The pool is great and I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Myself and some friends were in town for the weekend. There were 6 of us in total and we found this place to be very spacious and accommodating for all of us. We really enjoyed that there was a grill outside and we used that to cook a majority of the food we ate. The grill was a little dirty but they had the cleaning tools for us to use ourselves, so no big deal. “This was our third visit to Sigrid's house. We love it and already have dates blocked for next year. Two of us there just for golf. Everything we need at the house and a grill out back. We play golf in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and grill at night. The house is in NW Vegas, about 20-30 minutes from the strip. We went to the strip one night for dinner. We are there for golf, house is 10 minutes from the three courses at Paiute and convenient to Hwy. 95 to get to many others....

“Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!”

“House was awesome plenty of room we had 10 people of which we had 3 couples. Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay however there was a few cons I wanted to list out in hopes the owner will take these into consideration in the future. Cons: the curb appeal of this property could definitley use some upgrades. Pulling up to the house threw us off a little and we instantly started to stress about what the inside would look like.
