First time staying at the Mirage and very happy with everything
Worst check-in process at a hotel in the last 40 years. Stood in line with about 100 other guests just to check in. Took 75 minutes to reach the front. Extraordinarily slow and incompetent front desk staff. In hotel room, one small bar of soap and one literally already used (!) small bottle of body shampoo. Housekeeping unresponsive. Will never stay here again and recommed others avoid this property. Plenty of other options in Las Vegas.

Check-in line was so long. I didn't understand why just 2 people overcome all of the people maybe 50 person. We requestes kind of things like spoon, fork etc. they wanted the charge it like 5 to 10 dollars, therewith we left that.

Overall good hotel with great dining option and pools. The rooms could use a face lift. Replace carpet and upgrade bathrooms.

When we checked in the room there was a chip on the floor just under a dresser. A clothing size sticker on the edge of the bathroom counter and hair on the bathroom door. The tv would stop working randomly.
But the beds were comfy.

Property was Beautiful. Bathrooms needs to be updated taller commodes . Staff was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Vegas this week. This hotel was perfect being that it wasn’t i the busy areas of the strip, but in walking distance of almost everything! The pool areas was magical & it gave a tropical feeling! For the price of this hotel, I give it a 9/10!
I would love to come back for free and do an extensive review Mirage!

Hotel is in center of the strip, it’s very convenient to walk to nearby casinos, restaurants, food courts, Walgreens.etc. Staff is very nice too. We had a good time here.

My husband and I had a great stay the only thing that I feel needs work is the check in process the lines to check in are extremely long it can take an hour or more to check in

Nice stay Nice hotel I just did not make sure we had a fridge Only cash bar fridge so could not keep any leftovers Also would be nice to have more info at check in or in room on hotel layout and all places in hotel -shops restaurants Too many qr codes to find out menus and some info but we would definitely stay again

My stay was really good at the Mirage. I liked that it is on the strip but is a quieter, smaller hotel and casino. They have a very nice pool.

Older property but still has style and good layout. I am not a gambler but looks like plenty of options! Staff were nice but some seemed on autopilot. Good location for access to strip and room was updated with comfortable bed and quiet. Pool area was clean and spacious. I would stay there again.
