We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. The property was beautifully maintained, smoke free and was convenient to the monorail. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Vegas!! ”

“Joe's condo was perfect for our trip to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, which is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the strip for easy walking. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk. “The condo was perfect. We were a group of two friends, so one of us slept on the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy) and the other slept in the bedroom. Views from the balcony were incredible, the valet service was prompt and helpful, and the pool was luxurious. Short 5 minute walk to the MGM Grand, w/ access to their sprawling pool complex and the monorail. All in all, a class act...if I were to return to Vegas, I'd book this place again in a second. Thanks!”

“Excellent service ”

“2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert!”

“Whenever I go to Vegas, I try to stay here. It’s a beautiful property, so close to the strip—walk to everything. Plus a full kitchen and refrigerator.”

“We are nicely settled in and are thankful for the extra complimentary bottles of water. We would enjoy our stay even more if the manager could replace the hard tissue papers and toilet papers with softer ones. As I sneeze a lot towards the end of the trip and my nose hurts after using the tissue papers.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.. We weren't interested in staying in a hotel so this was the ideal spot for us. It was connected to the MGM Grande so easy walking access to the strip, etc. There was also a Starbucks in the building which was a great convenience as the coffee maker and coffee in the unit are worthless. Our view was spectacular overlooking the airport but we never heard the airplanes so it wasn't an issue because that could have been annoying. My only rec is to...

“The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...
