Overall this hotel is ok, I enjoyed 2 days here with my girlfriend, but I will not return in the future The property is beautiful and unique in its style. Staff are extremely friendly and the food was very good. Pool, jacuzzi and garden are really nice However, there are several things that made me not want to return: - staff is not very professional or well trained (for example, it's really hard to get waiter's attention as they're typically chatting among them) - we had an issue with the room we reserved, as the pictures in expedia do not match the room you are a actually booking - rooms around the pool are extremely noisy and small. People start having breakfast right outside your window at 7am - rooms further away in the garden are more private and larger, but not as well decorated

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and we ate there each morning. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed how it was decorated. Short drive from the center of town, so lots of dining options when you get to that area.

Great stay!
The patio is beautiful, service exceptional, and the stay was comfortable. The only downside is that the superior room seemed pretty basic and not superior.

Little Jewel
This hotel is indeed a small jewel. Despite the fact the water pressure in the shower was very weak, the hotel is lovely. Excellent food and service. Can't wait to stay there again.

Nice Hotel, makes your stay feel like being home!
This is a very unique hotel, marvellous facilities and warm staff makes you feel like home! Food is great and reasonable prices... The rooms are very spacious but old. Privacy inside rooms is not appropriate because of thin walls that enables you to hear even when the contiguous neighbor is brushing their teeth! Overall this is a great place if you don't mind the previous!

Beautiful gem in Cuernevaca
Very pleased with hotel and beauty of the hotel grounds. You could easily relax there without leaving the hotel and pool for your stay there. A delightful plus was that the food there was excellent also...we had a delicious, generous breakfast there. Would highly recommend. The only minor downside is that nearby neighborhood was not as nice but we did feel safe walking around. Its about a 30 min walk to the zocalo (city center) which has Cortez museum and nice restaurants.

Lizards in the room. Just didn't feel at home..
I do not recommend this place.. The staff were great and they did put me in another room but the air condition did not work there the temp was 93 and very humid couldn't sleep well at all..

Bastante agradable y tranquila, el servicio es increíble, Enrique nuestro mesero en turno nos atendió MUY BIEN mi única observación es que la alberca y jacuzzi necesitan una pequeña remodelación y que no deberían de cobrar el café por taza (ya que son pequeñas), de ahi en fuera la comida del restaurante me sorprendió en sabor y presentación, mejor de lo que imaginé.

Es bastante tranquilo y es perfecto para relajarse un fin de semana, la comida en el lugar es económica y muy sabrosa, lo malo es que se me hizo muy rebuscado el camino.

En general fue placentera la instancia, sin embargo, se visualiza que se puede usar la alberca y no es cierto, estaba muy sucia, según la administración en proceso de limpieza
