No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. “This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

Our first impression was of a lovely outdoor patio with comfortable seating, an outdoor table for meals, a space heater and an outdoor grill. We utilized the space often during our stay. “We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. “Eric was super flexible with our large family group and made sure there was plenty of extras for our needs. We had a wide range of ages, from adults all the way down to babies and there was sufficient space for all. Kids loved the game room, golfing, and the pool.
