Buena estancia
El hotel esta super bien ubicado, le falta un poco de limpieza sobre todo en el lobby. Los cuartos son demasiado chicos, en las fotos se ven mucho más grande. No te hacen el cuarto sino pides la limpieza, eso esta pésimo por algo voy a un hotel. Decía que tenías café y té a todas horas y me toco que varias veces habían retirado eso y no lo volvían a poner.

Me mandaron a un cuarto muy diferente al de la foto que escogí en la página, ademas abrías la ventana y había una pared que no dejaba ver nada y tercero me cobraron más diner, 70 dólares que de un depósito más 22 dólares de no se que, entonces la publicidad es engañosa, yo los escogí porque ya con impuestos mis cálculos erasmista 180 dólares por una noche!! Y termine pagando mucho más!! Cuando yo escogí el cuarto decía 126 dólares en su página más impuestos creo me cobraron 168 dólares y pues no con esto que me pasó pues que seguridad tengo o yo no entendí bien.

Un poco decepcionante el hotel. Por mas que pides que hagan el servicio al cuarto nunca va el equipo de housekeeping. La caja fuerte y el teléfono no servian y no lo fueron a reparar.

We had an amazing experience at this property. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with resolving our issues with Expedia. I would stay at this hotel the next time we are in Chicago.

Although extremely small quarters, it was clean and well maintained. The associates were professional and knowledgable. The rooms lacked a mini fridge and microwave. There was extremely loud music playing late in the neighborhood.

The property is lovely and beautifully maintained. Our room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay there again. Price was reasonable and while a bit removed from the busier areas, the quiet was wonderful

Guest room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bed frames were not compatible with mattresses. All furniture was damaged. White towels were stained with black hair, while washcloths had black stains. Both guests were blonde. Sink was broken in the bathroom, causing constant water flow. Toilet had difficulty flushing properly. Curtains had a brownish color substance on them. No parking available by the hotel. Paid $15 for 20 minutes of parking, $35 for overnight parking from 12:30 am to 10 am, and $22 for the use of Wi-Fi, breakfast, and gym. For $258 a night, I would choose a different hotel.

We are so sorry about you recent stay at Hotel Felix. We have enhanced the housekeeping and engineering routines. We do not have any amenities for parking but we recommend the website Spothero.com for cheap parking in the area compared to flat rate parkin of 50/ per night. All amenities and fees are mentioned in the booking reservation.

The room smelled like urine, called the front desk, they brought up 2 different kinds of room deodorizing sprays. The one and ONLY USB charging port outlet was broken. Hallways needed vacuuming……., NOT impressed. We stay in Chicago once a month and have never stayed in the Felix before and will NOT again! One and done!

The hotel staff and service were good. Our room was disgusting. There was hair on the “new” towel, spider webs on the windows and ceiling, make up, hair and hair products from the previous guest that was not cleaned up properly. And the absolute worse thing we found a some sort of bug on the curtains ! Location of the hotel is great but wish I would have went with a different hotel, the pictures on the website are deceiving for sure.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the air conditioning barely worked which made the room incredibly hot. The lobby is nice enough, and the staff is super friendly. The location is wonderful.

The staff were very kind when we requested to extend our stay -they made sure we got the best value as well. The rooms are small but well maintained. Perfect for a small weekend trip!

That $75 fee is just a little too much y’all should redo how y’all policy fees are made.

Thank you for your feedback. Our 75 incidental charge is just a hold at check in that is required in case of any incidentals charged to the room and is returned upon check out if there are no charges. We plan on changing this amount to 100 in the near future.

The room was small, it was in an older building, but was renovated. There was no temporary parking for unloading during our visit, it may be due from the construction working in the area. The parking garage was nearby and was expensive for overnight parking.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do apologize about our loading zone. We are doing construction and the huge bin is taking up most of our space, but we do have a loading zone for our guests to use when available.
