“The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared.”

“It was our fist time not staying in a hotel in Chicago, but it was as good. The flat was very clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, fitting perfectly 8 people. There is a wide offer of different restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min away and the train station 12-15 minutes walking connecting to the city centre and the airport. John was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the expected time.”

“This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. “I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes. “We took a trip to Chicago to take in a three game series between our beloved Padres and Cubs at one of baseball's cathedrals. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was very well maintained and super comfortable. 6 stars out of 5.”

There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. “Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!”

“I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend.”
