"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We reserved a roulette room in La Perla and were given a free upgrade to a lagoon view junior suite in the reserve, along with a thoughtful anniversary display. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have never seen such happy workers! The resort was lovely and very clean, except for the beach which was full of piles of seaweed. However, this is a common problem with Cancun and we did go somewhat during seaweed...

"Beautiful resort, staff are amazing. The only issue is that a couple bars and restaurants weren’t open during our stay for whatever reason - this was frustrating because it meant we had to leave our area and try and find a different spot if we wanted something different for dinner. It wasn’t as convenient as having the bar and breakfast available at our section. "
